LIFTING REQUIREMENT OF PRIOR IMPORT CLEARANCE FROM DTI/BOI

Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 376 dated April 22, 1994, the importation of the following items shall no longer require prior import clearance from the DTI/BOI:

821.12-00 "Seats of a kind used for motor vehicles"

ex713.21.13 "Used reciprocating piston engine of a cylinder capacity exceeding 50 cc but not exceeding 250 cc for tractors"

ex713.21.23 "Used reciprocating piston engines of a cylinder capacity exceeding 250 cc but not exceeding 1,000 cc for trucks and buses"

ex713.21.25 "Used reciprocating piston engines of a cylinder capacity exceeding 250 cc but not exceeding 1,000 cc for tractors"

ex713.22.03 "Used reciprocating piston engines of a cylinder capacity exceeding 1,000 cc for trucks and buses"

ex713.22.05 "Used reciprocating piston engines of a cylinder capacity exceeding 1,000 cc for tractors"

ex713.23.03 "Used diesel and semi-diesel engines for tractors"

Accordingly, Appendix I-D of Circular 1389, S. 1993 is amended so as to delete the above items from the list of regulated commodities.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
