AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPALITY OF BACOLOR, PAMPANGA, TO CHANGE THE DATE OF ITS LOCAL FIESTA.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:

SECTION 1. The municipal council of the municipality of Bacolor, Province of Pampanga, is hereby authorized to change the date of its local fiesta, designating the eighteenth day of November of each year for the celebration thereof.

SEC. 2 The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the same shall take effect on its passage, m accordance with section one of Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and forty-five of the Philippine Legislature.
