AMENDMENTS TO PPA ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 03-90 RE IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES ON THE CARGO HANDLING CONTRACT SYSTEM

Considering the peculiar conditions and requirements obtaining in the port subject to bidding, Section 8 of PPA Administrative Order No. 03-90 regarding the selection factors for public bidding is hereby modified to read as follows:

1. Selection Factors for Public Bidding

The selection factors for the Pre-qualification Stage and the Bidding Proper for each port subject to bidding shall be prescribed by the PBAC and approved by management prior to the pre-qualification of prospective bidders. This Order amends Section 8 of PPA Administrative Order No. 03-90 and shall take effect upon approval and remain in force unless otherwise repealed or revoked.
