DECLARING TUESDAY, 05 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 05 September 2023, Tuesday, the City of General Santos, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of the 25 th Tuna Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 05 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
