IMPLEMENTATION OF VEHICLE EMISSION LIMITS FOR EURO 4/IV, AND IN-USE VEHICLE EMISSION STANDARDS

Attached* herewith are the letter dated 13 May 2015 of Atty. Jonas R. Leones, DENR Undersecretary and Concurrent EMB Director, and copy of the DENR Administrative Order No. 2015-04 on the Implementation of Vehicle Emission Limits for Euro 4/IV, and In-Use Vehicle Emission Standards.

The Euro 4/IV emission standards shall be implemented starting 01 January 2016 for all new vehicles to be introduced in the Philippines. Further, the emission standards for in-use, rebuilt and imported used passenger cars light duty and heavy duty vehicles, and in-use motorcycles, tricycles and mopeds are also stated in the said order.
