EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 15, September 05, 1946

[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 15, September 05, 1946 ]

AMENDING PARAGRAPH NUMBERED TWENTY-TWO OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBERED ONE, DATED JULY FOUR, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-SIX, ENTITLED “PRESCRIBING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE GRANTING AND ISSUING OF PASSPORTS.”

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Manuel Roxas, President of the Philippines , do hereby amend paragraph 22 of Executive Order No. 1, dated July 4, 1946 , so as to read as follows:

“22. A fee of P4 shall be collected for the execution of each application for passport; P50 for the issuance of a passport; and P25 for the renewal thereof.”

This Order shall take effect as of August 22, 1946 .

Done at the City of Manila , this 5th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-six, and of the Independence of the Philippines , the first.
