DELETION OF SECTION 110.0 — CORDONING OF JOCKEYS PARTICIPATING IN THE LAST RACE OF THE WINNER-TAKE-ALL EVENTS

Please be informed that the Philracom Board in its meeting held on April 20, 2001, after due deliberation, resolved to delete Section 110. — Cordoning of Jockeys Participating in the Last Race of the Winner-Take-All Events, of the Horse Racing Rules and Regulations.

This Rule shall take effect fifteen days after publication.
