AMENDMENT TO ITEM NO. 6 OF THE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. VPT-2013-1766 RE: USE OF CERTIFICATE OF EMISSION COMPLIANCE (CEC) FORMS

In view of the COA Audit Observation Memorandum (AOM) dated 20 January 2014 on the issuance of Certificate of Emission Compliance (CEC) Forms to authorized Private Emission Testing Center (PETC) Operators for free of charge which is tantamount to Government subsidy, all authorized Private Emission Testing Centers (PETC) Operators are hereby required to the pay the amount of Three Pesos (Php3.00) per CEC Form effective immediately . The payment shall be collected at the concerned Regional Offices.
