NEW YEAR CELEBRATION

During the expected revelry in connection with the celebration of New Year, it is hereby directed that no inmate will be allowed to explode firecrackers and light pyrotechnics.

Likewise, all members of the custodial force are prohibited to fire their firearms/rifles during the New Year celebration. The Superintendent and the respective OICs of the different security camps must comply with this directive.

Employees and custodial personnel found violating this memorandum shall be criminally and administratively dealt with.
