DECLARING THE PRODUCTS IDENTIFIED BELOW TO BE IMMINENTLY INJURIOUS, UNSAFE OR DANGEROUS

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has found that numerous products with their respective brands identified below are not registered and that no such product has been approved or authorized to be sold in the market:

The importation, selling, offering for sale and/or distribution of unregistered products is in direct violation of Republic Act No. 9711 or the Food and Drug Administration Act of 2009. Further, the continued selling of such products in the market undeniably poses imminent danger or injury to the consuming public.

The public is notified of the above list of products and advised not to buy the same and other similar products. All concerned are enjoined to bring to the attention of FDA [Tel. No. (02) 8078275] any information that may lead to the apprehension of persons dealing with the subject products. Appropriate administrative and/or criminal actions shall be instituted against any person, establishment or outlet found selling, offering for sale and/or distributing the above-identified products.
