SECOND REVISED SUGAR POLICY FOR CY 1994-1995
Whereas, Sugar Orders Nos. 1 and 1-A, Series of 1994-1995, dated August 22, 1994 and November 18, 1994, respectively, have classified and allocated one percent (1%) of the weekly sugar production as "D" or World Market sugar; Whereas, Sugar Order No. 2, Series of 1994-1995, dated August 22, 1994, makes available the aforesaid "D" or world Market sugar for use by local manufacturers of sugar-based products for export;
Whereas, as of date hereof, the quantity of "D" sugar produced is sufficient to meet the requirements for one year of the said local manufacturers of sugar-based products for export;
Now, therefore, under and by virtue of the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered that:
SECTION 1. The percentage allocations for the different classes of sugar under Section 1 of Sugar Orders Nos. 1 and 1-A, Series of 1994-1995, dated August 22, 1994 and November 18, 1994, respectively, are hereby revised.
All sugar production for the crop year 1994-1995 beginning on February 20, 1995 shall be issued weekly quedan-permits by mill companies in the following classifications and percentages:
"A" or US Quota sugar — 14% "B" or Domestic Sugar — 86% "D" or World Market sugar — 0%
SECTION 2. All other provisions of the aforesaid Sugar Order No. 1, Series of 1994-1995, dated August 22, 1994, shall remain in full force and effect.
