DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on on 18 February 2022, Friday, the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of the Tawo-Tawo Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and that the people of the City of Bayawan be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 18 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
