EXTENSION FOR FILING OF APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL REGISTRATION OF RECLAMATION PROJECTS

The Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA), Formerly the Public Estates Authority (PRA), as authorized under Board Resolution No. 3593 series of 2006, is hereby extending the period for the filing of application for special registration of reclamation projects under the said A.O. from February 28, 2006 to February 28, 2007. The A.O. requires the registration of all complete and incomplete reclamation projects undertaken without permit from PRA.

This one-year extension is hereby granted in view of the strong clamor of concerned parties for more time to comply with the requirements.
