REVOCATION OF MC NO. ACL-2009-1170

Memorandum Circular No. ACL-2009-1170 dated 23 June 2009 allowed Private Emission Testing Centers (PETCs) to directly connect to the LTO-IT System through the PETC Direct Facility.

The initial implementation of the aforesaid facility is on a testing mode only in the live environment and the 14 days operational testing has been concluded without the issuance of a Certificate of Acceptance of an IT Facility issued by this office.

In view of the foregoing and of the numerous unresolved issues and concerns raised relative to its implementation, said memorandum circular is hereby revoked effective August 9, 2010.
