[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 7, March 12, 1986 ]

APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OFFICE OF THE VICE-PRESIDENT.

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Office of the Vice-President be immediately organized so that it can already serve the people and the nation particularly during this period of transition and national reconciliation;

WHEREAS, funds must be appropriated in order to organize the Office of the Vice-President.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, by virtue of the powers vested in me as President of the Philippines, hereby appropriate, subject to the availability of funds, the sum of TWENTY MILLION (P20,000,000.00) PESOS for the Office of the Vice-President.

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 12th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Six.
