LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF INTERSTATE CONSTRUCTION

In view of the appeal of Mr. Bartolome C. Giron, Jr., proprietor, Interstate Construction, to lift the order of suspension/blacklisting imposed on his firm under Department Order No. 164, Series of 1989, per his letter of February 14, 1992 and finding the reasons therein to be meritorious, the said suspension/blacklisting is hereby lifted effective this date.
