DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 JULY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MABALACAT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 21 July 2023, Friday, the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga will mark the celebration of its 11th Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mabalacat be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, 21 July 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Mabalacat.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
