POSTING OF FARE RATES INSIDE AIRCONDITIONED BUSES

In order to provide ready information to, and avoid complaints by, passengers regarding the fares charged by airconditioned buses, all operators of said buses are hereby required to post in conspicuous places inside their units the minimum fare rates authorized by management which in no case shall be below P0.415 per kilometer.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the filing of three (3) copies with the U.P. Law Center, in accordance with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated October 9, 1992.
