DECLARING THURSDAY, MARCH 31, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS , Thursday, March 31, 2005, marks the 4th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Sipalay, Negros Occidental;
WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City’s history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA , Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Thursday, March 31, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Negros Occidental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
