[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 188, September 06, 1969 ]

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 182-A DATED MAY 1, 1969, ENTITLED “CREATING A NATIONAL SOCIAL ACTION COUNCIL”

The third paragraph of Executive Order No. 182-A dated May 1, 1969, is hereby amended to read as follows:

“NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a National Social Action Council composed of the following:

The Chairman, Manpower Development Council, Department of Labor The Secretary, Department of Education The Secretary, Presidential Arm on Community Development The Commissioner, Commission on National Integration The Secretary-General, Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines The Chairman, Social Action Committee Federation of Christian Family Movement The Executive Secretary, National Council of Churches of the Philippines The President, Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement The President, Philippine Junior Chamber of Commerce The President, Philippine Medical Association The President, Philippine Bar Association.”

Done in the City of Manila, this 6th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-nine.
