Notice is hereby given that the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, National Capital Region, Land Management Sector, in pursuance to Administrative Order No. 38 dated April 19, 1990, will sell at LMD-DENR-NCR through sealed bidding to the highest bidder on November 22, 2012, the tract of land situated at Western Bicutan (Pinagsama) Taguig City, which are specifically described below, to wit:
