AN ACT TO AMEND PARAGRAPH ( E ), SUBSECTION A OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-EIGHT HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same :

SECTION 1. Paragraph ( e ), subsection A of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and thirteen is hereby amended so that item 4, under caption Iloilo, should read as follows:

"4. For the elementary school building between Palaca and Damilisan, Miagao.. P8,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
