DECLARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 18, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN SANTA ROSA CITY, LAGUNA

WHEREAS , Tuesday, January 18, 2011 , marks the 219 th Foundation Day anniversary of Santa Rosa City, Laguna;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of Santa Rosa City, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR. , Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, January 18, 2011, as special (non-working) day in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
