DECLARING MONDAY. 25 JULY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTIAGO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA

WHEREAS, on 25 July 2022, Monday, the City of Santiago, Province of Isabela, will mark the celebration of the Aggaw na Naturales Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santiago be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 25 July 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santiago.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
