DECLARING SATURDAY, 17 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PADRE BURGOS, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on 27 February 2024, Tuesday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of its 85 th Founding Anniversary and the 35 th Kalilangan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to participate in the foregoing occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos,

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
