AN ACT TO REAPPROPRIATE THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE FUNDS APPROPRIATED UNDER ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SEVEN, PARAGRAPH F (BB), ITEM (1), FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, EXTENSION, MAINTENANCE, AND PROTECTION OF THE AGNO RIVER CONTROL WORKS, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same :

SECTION 1. The unexpended balance of the funds appropriated under Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and works, twenty-seven, paragraph F ( bb ), item (1), for the maintenance, extension, and protection of the dykes of Agno River is hereby reappropriated for the construction, extension, maintenance, and protection of the Agno River Control Works, Province of Pangasinan.

SEC. 2. The funds appropriated in the preceding section shall be available for immediate expenditure by the Director of Public Works.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
