[ PROCLAMATION NO. 99, April 01, 1963 ]

EXTENDING THE SIXTEENTH ANNUAL FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RED CROSS

WHEREAS, the period from January 15 to March 31, 1963, was set aside for the sixteenth annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross under Proclamation No. 60, dated November 9, 1962; and

WHEREAS, the campaign has been adversely affected by the failure of crops caused by recent floods and other calamities in many areas;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the sixteenth annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross up to April 30, 1963.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 1st day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-three.
