SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF R.D. CONSTRUCTION

In view of the rescission of the contract of R.D. Construction for the Improvement of Sensin-Sudlon Road Cebu City the said construction firm as well as its proprietor, Mr. Alfonso Rigor, is hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year effective this date.

In addition, since R.D. Construction is liable for the difference in the cost of completing the project vis-a-vis its original contract cost, all concerned are further enjoined not to release any sum of money to R.D. Construction and/or Mr. Alfonso Rigor without prior clearance from this office.
