DECLARING FRIDAY, 05 MAY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTIAGO

WHEREAS, on 05 May 2023, Friday, the City of Santiago will mark the celebration of its 29 th Cityhood Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santiago be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 05 May 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santiago.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
