DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY

WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 20 December 2016, the City of Sipalay marks the celebration of the Handurawan Festival and Pasaway Festival which showcases the glorious past of Sipalay as a copper producing locality of the country;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 20 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
