SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF MILESTONE CONSTRUCTION

Milestone Construction and its proprietor, Constantino de Jesus, are hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the DPWH and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year by way of administrative sanction due to the rescission of its contract for the construction of the Marikina Interceptor Channel Project, Package IV, Sta. 13+043 to Sta. 13+378.20, Marcos Highway, Pasig-Marikina, Metro Manila. All concerned are also ordered not to release any sum of money to Milestone Construction and its proprietor pending determination and settlement of its financial liabilities to the DPWH by virtue of the rescission of his contract pursuant to Clause 100 of the DPWH Standard Specifications 1988 and Sections 3 of PD 1870.
