WAIVER OF OCULAR/PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN SPECIFIC CASES

In the best interest and expediency of public service, effective immediately, ocular/physical inspection of motor vehicles is hereby waived for the following specific transactions:

1. Annotation of Mortgage - when the same shall be effected within one (1) year from the date of original registration.

2. Plain renewal of registration fees in the same District Office for motor vehicles one (1) year to three (3) years old, except rebuilt/assembled motor vehicles.
