SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISION TO CMO NO. 7-2009, RE: ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION OF THE CERTIFICATE OF PAYMENT/CLEARANCE (E-CPC) TO THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE

To effectively implement CMO No. 7-2009, a new provision is hereby inserted to read as follows:

“3-A . For purposes of trade facilitation, the examiners shall accept and check electronic transmissions or soft copies of e-CP/C data/detail s from members of the Chamber o f Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) and the Motorcycle Development Program Participants Association, Inc. (MDPPA) under the Motor Vehicle Development Program (MVDP).”

This Order shall take effect immediately.
