VRB IMPORT CLEARANCE FOR REPLICATING MACHINES, ITS ACCESSORIES, PERIPHERALS, OR RAW MATERIALS

Please be informed that Board Resolution No. 02-08-52 dated August 26, 2002 was passed by the Board of Directors during its regular meeting, to wit:

"RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the Board hereby mandates that any person, natural or juridical who imports replicating machines, its accessories, peripherals, or raw materials used in the manufacture of optical discs should first seek clearance from the VRB prior to importation."
