AMENDMENT TO APPENDICES 90 AND 90B OF SECTION X117 OF THE MANUAL OF REGULATIONS FOR BANKS

Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 84 dated 14 January 2015, Appendices 90 and 90b of Section X117 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) is hereby amended to read, as follows:

The ICAAP document of foreign bank branches should be submitted to the Central Point of Contact Department (CPCD) of the BSP on or before 31 March of each year. xxx

This circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
