DECLARING TUESDAY, 07 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 07 November 2023, Tuesday, the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its 147 th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 07 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas.
