DECLARING TUESDAY, 21 APRIL 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS , on 21 April 2026, Tuesday, the City of Calamba, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 25th Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calamba be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO , Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR. , do hereby declare Tuesday, 21 April 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calamba, Province of Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
