DESIGNATING THE DIRECTOR OF SOIL CONSERVATION AS A MEMBER OF THE FLOOD CONTROL COMMISSION

The Director of Soil Conservation is hereby designated as a member of the Flood Control Commission created in Executive Order No. 68 dated December 1, 1936, as amended by Executive Order No. 25 dated November 15, 1946.

Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
