DECLARING TUESDAY, 30 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MANDAUE

WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 30 August 2016, the City Of Mandaue marks its 47 th Charter Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mandaue be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 30 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Mandaue.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
