DECLARING FRIDAY, 07 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE, PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, on 07 September 2018, a Friday, the City of Cavite, Province of Cavite, will mark its 78 th Charter Anniversary and 447th Foundation Year; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , do hereby declare Friday, 07 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cavite, Province of Cavite.
