AMENDMENT TO MEMO CIRCULAR NO. 88-0015 DATED MAY 18, 1988 RE CONFIRMATION OF UNITS

For purposes of clarity, the Board pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 88-0015 hereby clarifies that the confirmation of units on per case basis refers to new Certificates of Public Convenience issued by the Board. However, for the succeeding registration of individual units based on the plate ending, confirmation will be on a per unit basis.

This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
