LIFTING OF SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF DODI C. PICSON CONSTRUCTION

In view of the request for reconsideration made by the contractor from rescission to termination of contracts for the construction of Iba Bridge and Poray Bridge, Eastern Samar, which was subsequently approved due to the reason that the incurrence of negative slippage cannot be fully attributed to the contractor, Department Order No. 38 dated January 24, 1990, suspension/black-listing of DODI C. PICSON CONSTRUCTION is hereby lifted.

This order takes effect immediately.
