SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF N. LOPEZ CONSTRUCTION, INC.

For various violations of contract provisions in its contract for the construction of Contract Package III-B, Seran-Banisilan Road, Lanao del Sur and North Cotabato and for which its contract was rescinded pursuant to Clause 63.1, Part I, Engineering Construction and Section 3 of Presidential Decree No. 1870, N. Lopez Construction, Inc. and its officers/stockholders are hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract in the DPWH and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year effective this date.

All concerned are directed during the period of suspension not to release any sum of money to N. LOPEZ CONSTRUCTIONS, INCORPORATED, without prior clearance from the Secretary.
