[ PROCLAMATION NO. 82, July 27, 1948 ]

FIXING THE DATE FOR THE INAUGURATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MERCEDES, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE.

By virtue of the power conferred upon me by section 3 of Republic Act No, 341, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby fix August 8, 1948, as the date for the inauguration of the municipality of Mercedes, Camarines Norte, and the qualification of the mayor, the vice-mayor and the municipal councilors thereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 27th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the third.
