IMPLEMENTATION OF A.O. BGC-99-001 DATED 23 FEBRUARY 1999 (DRUG TESTING OF APPLICANTS/HOLDERS OF PROFESSIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSE

Effective 16 November 1999, all applicants for new professional driver's license and/or renewal thereof shall be required to undergo drug testing in line with Administrative Order No, BGC-99-001 dated 23 February 1999.

While accreditation of other drug testing laboratories are in process, applicants can avail the services of the following laboratories:

1. PNP Crime Laboratories 2. National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) 3. Dangerous Drug Board (DDB) and 4. LTO Central Office Drug Testing Laboratory (Medical Unit) All orders, memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.

Strict compliance is hereby enjoined.
