LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF P&A HINOGUIN CONSTRUCTION

All concerned are hereby advised that the suspension/blacklisting of P & A Hinoguin Construction per Department Order No. 46, Series of 1989, is hereby lifted effective January 29, 1990. As a consequence, P & A Hinoguin Construction and/or Mr. Paulino Hinoguin are hereby allowed again to participate in public bidding and to enter into contracts with the Department and its line agencies.
