DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon marks the celebration of Lorenzo Tañada, Sr. Day on Wednesday, 10 August 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca, Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 10 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
