SECOND AMENDMENT TO PPA ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 18-95 RE GUIDELINES ON THE STACKING OF CONTAINERS/CARGOES AT THE REHABILITATED FACILITIES OF NORTH HARBOR PROPER

As an added measure to prevent the premature deterioration of the rehabilitated pier facilities of North Harbor, Section 5.3 of PPA Administrative Order No. 18-95 is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 5.3. Areas Beyond the Working Aprons at the Slips — Container (loaded or empty) may be stacked at a maximum of two-layer high.

All other provisions of PPA Administrative Order Nos. 18-95 and 05-96 shall remain in force.

This Order takes effect immediately.
