DOE SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES

This is to request the inclusion of the following additional fees on DOE’s schedule of charges under ERL services:

Proposed Rate

Hydrogeochemical Analysis

Chromium (Hexavalent) - P120/sample

Copper

- P100/sample

Chemical Oxygen Demand

- P220/sample

The above fees were omitted from the recently approved DOE’s schedule of fees and charges. Moreover, we would like to correct the description of one item on page 7 of the subject document, to wit:

Coal Petrography should have been Petrography (Rock and Coal)

For the Secretary’s approval.
