DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 23, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG

WHEREAS , Friday, July 23, 2004, marks the 44th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Gingoog;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Friday, July 23, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
